After the office employee has seen the Daily Summaries and detail information (if necessary), this program is used to commit the store’s day to the back office system. When the office employee “okays the day”, the program will post all the general ledger, sales, purchases, deposits, etc. into the back office system.
After the day has been closed, literally within minutes a convenience store P&L is available anywhere in the network. Since StoreReport allows printing on any computer in the network, a convenience store profit & loss statement can be can be replicated to all managers on the network simultaneously.
