The shift operator may set up from 1 to 26 shifts (A-Z) for a single day. This allows each cash register to have its’ own shift, and a store manager may have a shift in addition to other shifts that may be created, to hold a special group of store transactions. |

|
Entering the beginning and ending time is optional, and the computer will take care of the other fields. After creating a shift, the shift operator may begin to enter the shift transactions. |
