When the operator signs on, he/she is given choices. Two of the choices are to go to the Back Office System (ScotSys/2000) or to chose a remote store to work in. StoreReport security determines whether they are to have access to the menus and programs on the system.
We have complete control of the system from the time the operator signs on until they sign off. Our security is so good that IBM has included us in an IBM technical reference manual about “Security on the Internet” as an example of how to secure your system in an ASP environment. We will be glad to supply anyone with a copy of that manual if requested to do so.
